The bill does not "arm teachers". It allow teachers to exercise their "civil right" to carry a firearm to protect themselves and our children in school. If only one of the six teachers at Sandy Hook had had a small pistol, they could have stopped the killings before number 26.

What the law calls shared responsibility is really people dumping their personal responsibility for their own health onto someone else.
