Mississippi school children desperately need your help!
We have to stop Common Core in Mississippi schools and we need you to make some phone calls and send emails right away to the state legislators below.
When you call or write, tell them to allow any legislation regarding Common Core to be brought out of committee and be debated. Please call these folks and demand that they at least let Common Core legislation be discussed and voted on.
All of these people have publicly stated their support for Common Core and are the folks that we need to push legislation through to stop CCSS.
Senator Angela Hill has introduced a bill to stop Common Core implementation in Mississippi.
Senator Gray Tollison, who is the head of the Education Committee, can decide not to debate the bill in his committee and this bill will die. Please call his office at 601-359-3244 and demand that this bill be debated. Please call today because any bill not out of committee by the 3rd of February is a dead bill!
