On top of all the bad stuff brought out so far, O'reilly brings up a very good point. "We have seen government illegally Give Out peoples private data? & Big Government might at any time override judiciary requirements and look at the data without a warrant. It's already in their possession.
My Opinion. The Fourth Amendment says you have to have specific probable cause.
