Sept 14, Jay Carney, "These Protests were in reaction to a video. We have no information to suggest it was a preplanned attack."
Sept 14 later, Clinton at Transfer of Remains ceremony, "We've seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful internet internet video that we had nothing to do with". Later that day, the father of slain, Tyron Woods said that Clinton told him personally that they were going to arrest and prosecute the maker of the video.
Sept 15. California authorities arrest the producer of the video.
Sept. 16 Susan Rice, "This was not a preplanned, premeditated attack. That What happened initially is that it was a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired in Cairo, as a consequence of the video." on 5 Sunday TV shows.
Sept 25, in front of UN, Obama, "There's no video that justifies an attack on an embassy." He mentions the video 6 times.
October 16, "I stood in the Rose Garden and said that this was an act of terror. And the suggestion that anybody on my team would play politics or mislead when we lost four of our own, Governor, if offensive."
